What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product type: For popular items in stock, no MOQ is required. For items that are out of stock, production can usually be arranged with a MOQ of 5,000 pcs.
What is your delivery time?
Stock orders usually take 2–5 days. Production orders take around 30–40 days, depending on order quantity and customization level. We confirm the exact lead time before order placement.
Can I get samples to test quality before placing an order?
Yes, sample orders are always welcome. We support stock samples, sample orders for quality testing, and samples for OEM / ODM confirmation.
Do you support OEM & ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM services, including product customization, formula or specification adjustment, label and packaging customization, and private label support.
Can I put my logo on the product and packaging?
Yes, logo and packaging customization are supported. You provide high-resolution logo files, and we prepare a design draft for your confirmation before bulk production.
